The U.S. administration is adamant that they can keep control of the Vietnam war while still supporting the U.S. needs.  However, it seems that the war is more important than the U.S.

This was the U.S. administration trying to keep quiet, but the Pentagon papers that were released pointed out that the administration was lying to the public about the Vietnam war.

There are “footprints” and clues that always leads to the White house which makes the public suspicious about the government.
